Legumes, nuts, peanut butter, edamame or soybeans, tofu, spirulina. There are also various vegan protein shakes like spirutein, or others derived from rice bran or peas. I hope you find something that works for you because protein is a very important part of any healthy diet!

Some of my favorite sources of protein are tuna, chicken breast, eggs, and greek yoghurt, though of course there are may more.
