I totally get what this message is trying to say, but something about it irked me, so I fixed it.



There we go! There isn’t just one type of body that looks good in clothes, or one type that looks good naked. (Not to mention, “skinny” and “fit” aren’t the only two body types out there!)

Since the before picture I quit drinking alcohol and soda, quit eating fast food, quit doing all drugs, quit working at the mall, and changed who I hang out with.
Your good and true friends will stick with you from start to finish.  Let go of the unsupportive ones that keep trying to hold you back.
It’s scary but, trust me - your new friends are already waiting for you at the gym.
I work out 5-6 days a week and rest when my body needs it.  I eat mostly raw fruits, vegetables, and nuts.  No wheat, gluten, artificial stuff, etc.
I love to run now, lift weights, pole dance, skateboard, surf, and ride my bike.
I’m not done yet either.  This is for life.

This is hugely inspiring. Body transformation is the outer manifestation of a life transformation. This is what I’m trying to do. I can only hope to be half as successful as this champion lady.
