ew. this isn’t even cute though…I’d rather be slightly doughy than look like steroids. Definitely gonna say the before is better.
Girl, not everyone’s goal in life is to look “cute.” lol
shoulda known I was gonna get hated on for saying that. I’m not “slamming” anyone. I coulda been like “OMG gross wtf who would ever want someone like that go die”. No, I simply said the before was better, and it is. Not only for aesthetics but 10% body fat is not safe for a woman, especially if she plans on reproducing. This chick basically took every ounce of femininity she had and mutilated it. If that’s what she was going for, then BRAVO. I prefer my chicks to look like chicks is all… ‘nuff said
I agree that 10% body fat isn’t healthy. I’m with ya there. But I don’t think there’s only one body type that’s “feminine” or that we all need to be feminine. But that might have something to do with the fact that I kinda like my chicks to look like dudes, and the fact that I’ve had people comment on my before and afters saying I looked better before or saying I’m less attractive now, and that shit hurts, man.

This shows the results of one foot in front of the other lifetime changes.
Since the before picture I quit drinking alcohol and soda, quit eating fast food, quit doing all drugs, quit working at the mall, and changed who I hang out with.
Your good and true friends will stick with you from start to finish. Let go of the unsupportive ones that keep trying to hold you back.
It’s scary but, trust me - your new friends are already waiting for you at the gym.
I work out 5-6 days a week and rest when my body needs it. I eat mostly raw fruits, vegetables, and nuts. No wheat, gluten, artificial stuff, etc.
I love to run now, lift weights, pole dance, skateboard, surf, and ride my bike.
I’m not done yet either. This is for life.
Wow. So inspiring. AMAZING job.
I’m kinda like the before right now so this is great for me to see how I *can* look :)This is hugely inspiring. Body transformation is the outer manifestation of a life transformation. This is what I’m trying to do. I can only hope to be half as successful as this champion lady.

Some people are so creative!! Healthy food can be so fun and delicious! It really is too bad that many people don’t realize that.
The popular fast food chain, Burger King now DELIVERS. Seriously? As if it wasn’t already easy enough for people before to consume this junk! Before, you didn’t even have to leave your car…. now you don’t even have to leave the HOUSE. In addition to what was already a terrible idea… there is a MINIMUM order price of $10 for them to deliver… so you have to order twice as much crap just for them to deliver it! It’s so sad how these bad foods and habits are being made easier and easier…
I plan on feeding my kids healthy, wholesome foods! Sure they can have pizza and cake on occasion… but I will never be a parent who advocates fast food and junk. The habits you are taught as a child often stick with you as you grow up. Teach your little ones good, healthy eating habits early on!

THIS.
Almost everyone in my life went from not saying a thing about my eating or body at all to being like “YOU ARE WASTING AWAY WHAT ARE YOU DOING YOU ARE GOING TO DIE.”
And although their concerns represent very real dangers for many people, they were just completely off-base in my case. Some people don’t see you for a year and when there’s a 40 lbs difference they just assume you’re doing something drastic. What they don’t realize is that it took you a full year to lose that weight and you did it by completely healthy means.
But I digress…

A lot of girls ask me how I stay motivated.
Honestly? It wanes… today is a perfect example. I woke up this morning, had my shake, did some things around the house, sat down, and realized it was time to go workout. Suddenly I felt this massive desire NOT to go. I was sleepy and groggy and lazy and the thought of a plyo leg day was SO not appealing. I had to argue with myself for about a half hour, and finally I went. I convinced myself that I would be WAY more upset with myself if I didn’t go at all then if I went and just did a little something. And like always, I ended up doing WAY MORE than I thought I was going to want to do… and now I hurt and am happy.
Moments like this define you. While I recognize in the grand scheme of life, this little bout of laziness and this workout is miniscule… the fact that I went against the negative thoughts and CREATED MY OWN positive thoughts, which turned into positive actions is HUGE. Learn to combat those negative thoughts and you will reap benefits not just in your fitness and health… but in LIFE IN GENERAL
